I've wanted a G3 style rifle ever since I bought my SA M1A back in 2005. It was a choice between the PTR91 and the M1A and I decided to get the "American classic". This surge in popularity, for obvious reasons, has caused a surge in the aftermarket department as well, which has only resulted in more sales and interest in these platforms.
