UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. I've been getting 70-80% on UWorld, which I think agrees with my FL1 CARS score of 127. Keep in mind I've also done all of TPR 2016, EK101, and NS108.
the MCAT is graded on a bell curve, it's literally impossible for everyone to do well lol. also, not everyone knows about these resources. I took the AAMC FLs, but had no idea about uworld or anki. I just had my Kaplan books & college notes. also, some people are just smarter than other people.
