Feb 2, 2024 · Ford Mechanic: Kenny Z. If it is the TCM, then the 14M02 will cover the B position/actuator codes. It could be a clutch motor which would not be covered. The P07A3 cannot be caused by the TCM no matter what. P07A3 will not be covered under 14M02, TCM replacement will not fix a P07A3 code. They just assumed the TCM was the cause.
