Litter robot blue light blinking but not full.

Tldr: my robot has a blue flashing light and none of the buttons do anything, only on/off. I’ve tried the basics. I’ve had the litter robot for a few years, but can’t remember if it’s a 1 or 2 model. I’ve encountered an issue I can’t fix. It started with the quick flashing yellow light (pinch detector issue). Hard reset: push and hold both the Connect and Reset Buttons at the same time until it turns off -> wait 2 minutes -> turn back on with power button. Originally I've been getting the blinking blue light censor, (until I completely removed cleaned and reattached the dfi cases) but now it's switched to unresponsive solid Yellow (Power button doesn't work.) I've found when I unplug it for a few minutes with the waste drawer completely removed, the blinking blue light returns.
