The real issue you'll face is how long it takes to level up Fitness/Strength by grinding exercises. It will take a literal year or more or repeating multiple hours of exercise every day to get up to 10. If you care about having high strength/fitness, pick traits to get there as grinding up combat skills is MUCH easier. not sure if still applicable but you can use the push/shove move via space bar against trees and it increases your strength by very slow pace like few xp points per shoves ( I think of it like push ups) I think that was fixed in build 41.
