Skyburner's Oath is 100% deserving of it's Exotic title. It can fire volleys of small tracking missles, and it can fire a super slow but high damaging round at a decent pace. Two fire modes, increased damage against Cabal, the ability to penetrate Phalanax (might've spelled that wrong) shields, etc.As does Jotunn with its new catalyst. 5.
