A 15 feels more like a 18+ with how bad the damage can get, especially the tank nukes. another odd bit is add count. While the tank is getting plastered, he has to pull pack after pack of frontal/aoe/ability spamming mobs that give pitiful count (but must be pulled) and they take forever to kill. We did upper in a guild group with 3 warriors once, tank reflected first, then I taunted during the beam and took the second and the last warrior did the same. We basically skipped the entire fight because the boss was just constantly ticking for enormous damage. This was on a 20 tyrannical and we had no mechanics to deal with on the airships
