Log out of and exit WoW. Exit the Blizzard launcher. Give it a few minutes and restart the launcher but not WoW. It should start updating. If that doesn’t happen, you have stuck WoW or launcher processes preventing updates from starting. Reboot the computer and start the launcher (but not Wow) and it should update.
