SSJ3 Gotenks is with out a doubt worse than Jiren, AGF and Omega Shenron. STR SSJ4 Goku and SSJ4 Vegeta are not even close to the same level as Jiren, Omega or AGF. Super 17 is definitely better than SSJ3 Angel Goku and SSJ4 Vegeta. If Teq VB is Z tier, UI Goku, Turles and Rose are also Z tier.

Samina definitely seems to play a factor. I ran this stage on hard and averaged 5 link-level-ups over 3 runs for a total of 15.
