Having multiple bioms to teleport to, wide range of wyverns, an underground ocean with big water tames, and lastly the compact nature of the maps allows a person to actually explore a good amount of everything without getting lost too much.

Make sure the fab tile has power. Place the outlet on the fab tile between the gen and where you have fab now. Set the fab down on its tile.

Look up the OSD spawn map, and it will show all the locations for both. Some locations are only OSD, Element Node, or both. The spots also have the levels predetermined. The map is pretty small, but it has all four island bosses, the manticore, and Rockwell. Pretty easy rock drakes and reapers, too. I've enjoyed it so far, though I'm off to Extinction soon. I HEAVILY suggest Fjödor, it's so amazing, it has loads of biomes,ruins and DLC creatures. Olympus is good.
