If your P2646 gets temporarily “fixed” by an oil change, you might consider looking into low engine oil pressure as the underlying cause of the code rather than the electrical wiring portion. Voytek.G101 is the one on top right of the intake. Spliced a new wire and voila, no more voltage on pin 1. Back together, clear codes and test drive, P2646 the moment it hits 3k rpm.
