If you don't have that much it might not work. I had trouble with Google Pay and the card too - it only worked on 1 out of the 3 gas stations I tried. I'm not sure how it happened, but the email I use to login is actually a combination of 2 emails of mine, (and doesn't exist as an actually email address), but it acts as my username I guess. I would say just make sure the email you entered is completely correct.
