Cavity 11 has a 15 amp fuse that should be light blue. Pull this and you should be able to see if its blown or not.

Its marked with the arrow in the circle. I removed the original horn when I put the RRO Stage 2 bumper system on, and put both Hella horns in its place.However there is no reason one couldn't wire in their own external relay if that's the only malfunction in the TIPM.
