That’s why the Graduate School of Social Work collaborates with other schools to give Denver Campus MSW students the opportunity to pursue multiple educational and professional interests simultaneously through our master of social work (MSW) dual-degree programs. The JD/MSW takes four years to complete – one year less than if both degrees were completed separately. Students must comply with the admission requirements for both degree programs. The equivalent of five semesters (earning 77 credits) are spent at the law school and three semesters (earning 51 credits) are at the Brown School. Documentation for Dual-Degree Programs.
