RX is significantly easier than Uworld. RX usually has first order and 1-3 sentence questions where they are testing rote memorization. Uworld is multi step, harder, and has questions where logic can carry you. Having said that, if you feel shaky on some topics use Rx and then flash card the concepts you are struggling withI wouldn't try doing a FL, since they're supposedly a little harder than the SB. UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. I've been getting 70-80% on UWorld, which I think agrees with my FL1 CARS score of 127. Keep in mind I've also done all of TPR 2016, EK101, and NS108.
