The rad fan relay is located on top of the bumper support right in front of the radiator. Its a solid state unit and it isnt very cheap actually. And if it was shorted out the fan would run even with the key off because the rad fan relay always has 12v at all times. May 18, 2022 · Not sure where to post this in the forum so I stuck it here. My 2014 2500 promaster cargo van (high roof) with 150k died the other day. I replaced it with another 2021 Promaster. We were along a scabby dirt road with sort of a mosaic of large flat rocks mixed with football sized rocks and powdery dirt. It wasn't the best place, but it was what was available at that place and time.

If the key is stuck it could be the steering lock. Gently try to turn the key while firmly turning the steering wheel to the left and right. When you have burned as many bridges as I have, the only way to go is forward. The key turns and nothing happens.I'm waiting specifically for the new transmission. I was quoted a little bit over $4,500.00 to do all the repairs.
