its not windows 11. a fresh boot of the game has long load. it also depends on if the game was installed on SSD or HDD. it's on SSD. Anyway I will have to just to start it and leave it alone for some time to boot I guess. my guess is, on that first load after a fresh install, its compiling shaders. if i had to guess. #3.
