I posted about this a couple of days ago when I contacted support, but the app is still failing to let me watch ad videos to get extra gems or daily prizes. It’s incredibly frustrating that users are losing out on 300-500 gems a day or more (depending upon how much you play). If anyone has an additional workaround, it’d be greatly appreciated.
