Now for multi-gear WOT pulls, as far as boost, I am seeing Stratified hit a peak boost of 26.5 and the Dizzy hit up to 25.0. Both pull through the powerband at a couple of PSI less than each ones peak. Symposer delete has helped hold boost a bit better through the 3000-5000 full boost range.

The long answer: The tunes are completely different animals. Cobb gives you a quick kick in the pants while the Stratified tune pulls hard through the entire powerband.
