Its worth noting that I recommend this build to players who are looking to kill a lot with penta shot, since it is otherwise an inherently defensive tank that doesn't go for every kill. Tanks with less recoil than penta shot should run maxed movement speed though. Especially tanks with virtually no recoil such as spread shot and auto gunner.
