Hello dear community! You might ask - is this Christmas? Is this my birthday? Funny enough, I know that releases in KZ-Baltic became more of a meme than a reality and what really is the point of submitting demos if they never see the light. It took a long time, but we want to change that and see if there are still some active players among you good people. Maybe seeing that there are actually releases happening, it might bring someone back to recording. To do this, it requires a new, easier, less time consuming way of checking what you have recorded. So the new way of releasing your records will be basically a trust factor based check with post release investigation if there are suspicious demos. Sort to say, the community will be our first blowing whistle. If you notice that the new record might not be legal, perhaps forced by your curiosity you checked the demo and confirmed it's illegal, you private message someone from the administration or comment it somewhere so it gets checked further and we can act upon it accordingly. Almost always records are not cheated so we do not want them to get held back just because there might be a chance of a cheated one. Rules however stay the same, we notice someone has cheated on purpose - it results with a ban.
